Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from HB Design. However, if you’re not happy for any reason, we offer a straightforward returns process.

To begin your return, please contact us here within 14 days of receiving your order. In line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you then have an additional 14 days from the date you notify us to return the item(s).

Return Conditions:

Items must be returned in their original condition as received.

The buyer is responsible for covering the return postage costs.

We will issue a refund for the cost of the goods (excluding the original shipping fee).

Please note: Digital downloads are classified separately under the Consumer Contracts Regulations and are non-refundable once purchased.
